First 45 minutes, ignite your shine to a new level with Fantastic Heels! A self love workshop to guide you to own your power and feel sexy for YOU through a beginner heels routine choreographed by Amanda Fantastic!

Second 45 minutes, continue to challenge your mind-body connection with Stacked Choreo led by Danielle!

Everyone has the potential to have that SUNDAY SAUCE! LETS GO!!!!

Foot attire:

• Fantastic Heels: Heels are strongly recommended but not mandatory! Please make sure your heels have firm ankle support. The heel itself can be any height or width based upon your comfort! Absolutely no wedges or platforms please for safety purposes.

• Stacked Choreo: Sneakers are mandatory.
